Our kitchen ceiling was peeling, so we asked Bob to check the roof for a leak. Between his thermal imaging equipment and his drone he soon let us know that 1) there was no water leak but that 2) there was a great deal of wind damage. We contacted our insurance company and soon had a new roof. Bob stayed in contact with us and with the insurance company and everyone ended up in agreement as to the cost of the work provided. We are very pleased and would recommend Roofing Redefined to anyone.

Bob was recommended by a friend, and I was extremely happy with the work his guys did, and with the price. The price of the work came in under his original quote, so he was able to save me some money. He also fixed some woodwork that was damaged and did not charge anything extra for it. I will use him in the future if I ever need roof work again.

Mr. Porto was extremely helpful throughout the entire project, from the time he reached out to me on 10/15/16 during his Saturday morning stroll with his wife, until the roofer finished the job on Wednesday evening, 10/19/16. He listened to my dilemma and was empathic to my issue. Mr. Porto’s schedule was tight but he assured me that he would do what he could to relieve me of my situation. HE DID JUST THAT!!! His roofer Mauricio was very courteous, friendly. He fixed the roof and explained the issue very clearly. He made sure he cleaned up and even helped my husband put the leftover materials back in the garage. I am extremely satisfied with their work, and would not hesitate to recommend them, or to choose them again for any type of home repair that they handle.
